Every mover on our crews is background-checked on an ongoing basis – which matters when the boxes contain client files.
The Certificate of Insurance Your Building Will Ask For
Most commercial buildings won’t let a moving crew through the door without a Certificate of Insurance naming the property. Facilities managers ask for it at both ends, and it’s the single most common reason a booked move gets turned away on arrival.
We provide COIs for commercial moves. Send us your building management’s requirements – at the origin, the destination, or both – and we’ll have the certificate issued before move day rather than scrambling for it the morning of.
Weekend and Any-Day Scheduling
Yes. We move 365 days a year and weekends cost the same as weekdays – no Saturday premium, no Sunday premium. For most small and mid-sized offices a weekend move means staff leave on Friday and come back to a working space.
What We Move for Businesses
Desks, executive and task chairs, filing cabinets, bookcases, credenzas, conference and meeting tables, retail fixtures and shelving, and general office equipment. Furniture disassembly and reassembly is included at no additional fee, so desks and tables that have to come apart go back together at the new space.
If your staff doesn’t have time to prepare boxes before moving day, our packing services can handle everything from office equipment to files and supplies.
Office safes weighing between 300 and 500 pounds are handled as special items for a fee confirmed with your estimate, requiring at least three movers on site. Flat-screen monitors and displays get wrapped. There’s no limit on how many boxes you have or what the load weighs – it only has to fit our trucks, which are all 26 feet, 7 feet 9 inches wide, and 6 feet 10 inches high inside, with a liftgate or a ramp.
For a phased relocation, or a move that collects from more than one address, we handle multi-stop jobs. Those are estimated separately, because the routing varies each time.
Coverage, Storage, and Accountability
We offer replacement value protection on every move, and you’ll get it in writing before you book.
If your new space isn’t ready, or you’re relocating around a build-out, we can include storage in your estimate – so one company loads the old office, holds it, and delivers when the space is finished. At the end of the job, your crew chief walks through the itemized Bill of Lading with whoever is signing off on your end.
