Middletown Area Neighborhoods
These small cities sit around Middletown, close to our yard on Tucker Station Road.
- Sycamore: a condominium community on Shelbyville Road, between Douglass Hills and Blue Ridge Manor
- Blue Ridge Manor: a compact city of houses in ZIP 40223, incorporated in 1964
- Cambridge: one of eastern Jefferson County’s smallest cities, mostly owner-occupied homes
- Woodland Hills: a small city surrounded by Middletown, in the same ZIP code as our yard
Hurstbourne Area Neighborhoods
Three neighborhoods near Hurstbourne Parkway and I-64, each with its own moving details.
- Hurstbourne Acres: a separate city from Hurstbourne, right off I-64 Exit 15
- St. Regis Park: a compact, mostly owner-occupied city incorporated in 1953
- Plainview: a planned neighborhood of homes, apartments and offices inside Jeffersontown, east of Hurstbourne Parkway
Lyndon Area Neighborhoods
A small city bordering Lyndon, covered from our Lyndon service area.
- Bellemeade: 1950s homes along Charing Cross, Bellemeade and Holliswood Roads
Northeast Corridor Neighborhoods
Planned communities in the Prospect area.
- Norton Commons: a planned community with a mixed-use Town Center, built on the former WAVE Farm
