Know What It Costs Before You Book
Free estimates, a written price, and a deposit that comes off your final bill. No moving-day surprises.
Most Crestwood moves are family moves timed around a closing date nobody fully controls. We handle the house, the storage in between when the dates don't line up, and the delivery once you finally have keys - one crew, one company, start to finish.
Crestwood sits on KY-329 with quick I-71 access, which is why so much of our work here is the same route: a house out in Louisville, a house in up in Crestwood, timed around a closing and a school start date.
Hourly crews across Louisville and all of Kentucky/Southern Indiana, with no cap on box count or total weight.
Crestwood families usually work around a closing date and the school calendar. Here's how we fit into both.
Crestwood has grown on families leaving Louisville for the eastern suburbs, and that specific move - out of Louisville, up KY-329 or I-71, into a Crestwood subdivision - is one we run constantly. We know the drive time, we know the newer developments have wide driveways and easy truck access, and we know HOA move-in hours vary by development, so we check yours before the date.
Hourly labor with a two-hour minimum, plus a flat truck fee, set by where you're moving and confirmed with your estimate. Your $100 deposit is applied to the final bill.
Beds, bunk beds, cribs, and tables come apart and go back together at no additional fee. That matters when children are sleeping in the house that night.
If another company has given you a written estimate, send it over. Our operations team reviews it and matches it.

Yes, we can include it in your estimate: one company loads your home, holds it, and delivers when you have the keys. You can buy our moving blankets to keep furniture wrapped the whole time it's stored, or we'll unwrap it on the way in.
We ask for at least 48 hours' notice and recommend booking two weeks ahead - more if you're moving in the late-May-to-August stretch, when the whole metro is busy and school dates cluster. We can sometimes accommodate short notice, so it's worth calling.
